Download and print the PDF. Fill out the application and check the box for an "Annualized Ballot" to request a ballot for all elections in 2024. Make sure you mail in your application in time for your elections department to receive it by Friday, October 25,2024 (receive, not postmarked). When you receive your ballot, make sure you fill it out and return it as soon as possible. Your ballot must be postmarked by November 5, 2024, and received by November 6, 2024. It’s best to mail it in earlier to ensure your ballot is received.
