INSTRUCTIONS AND DEADLINES: 1) Complete application, sign and date it, and mail to: Dallas County Elections, Early Voting Clerk, 1520 Round Table Dr., Dallas TX 75247. Mail in time for it to be received on or before Friday, October 23, 2026. 2) Be sure to provide your driver’s license number and last four digits of your social security number. 3) Once you receive your mail ballot, cast your votes and mail it back to Dallas County Elections, Early Voting Clerk, 1520 Round Table Dr., Dallas TX 75247 in time to be received by November 3, 2026.
